Welcome to Sismantle{Tech}
In Lancaster County, too many girls and young women face a future limited by economic gaps and lack of opportunity. Studies show that women here earn only about 76 cents for every dollar a man makes. For Black and Latina women, these gaps are even wider. These differences are not about ability, they’re about access.
Sismantle{Tech} is here to change that. Our 6-week summer program, running from June 23 to August 1, 2025, is designed for high school girls who dream big and want to make their mark in the world of technology. By joining Sismantle{Tech}, you become part of a vibrant sisterhood that helps you learn valuable skills, from cybersecurity basics and tech problem-solving to professional leadership and financial literacy.
Our program offers minds-on, hands-on training with real-world tools, mentorship from industry experts, and inspiring workshops that build confidence and open doors to in-demand careers in technology.
Every participant who completes the program earns a $1,500 stipend and leaves ready to break barriers in tech and beyond. Sismantle{Tech} is more than just a summer camp, it’s a movement to claim space, share your voice, and shape a future where all women can thrive.
